Blessed Back Care Yoga

This is a back care class that also focuses on the sacred. We will stretch our back muscles and open our hips to relieve back pain. We will also strengthen the back and core muscles to help us prevent back pain. 

We will use balls to roll and relieve pressure points. We will also discover simple postural corrections to help us stand in better alignment. 

Energetically back discomfort relates to our sense of support. We will end our practice with deeply restful and supportive poses to help us rejuvenate and recover from daily physical, mental and emotional stress. Leave feeling relaxed and back on track!
