For Karma Yoga, we will be building, organic gardening, earthen-home repair, housekeeping, kitchen assistance, etc.

All yoga classes are suitable for many body types and will be designed to complement the work we do, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and inspired! Come for a weekend, make friends for a lifetime. Friday evening begins with Yoga for the Weary Traveler. Saturday morning starts with Rise, Shine & Serve Yoga, followed by Restorative Yoga after our Karma Yoga Work is done. You will be welcomed to listen or participate during universal prayer before every plant-based meal.

$199 and approx. 8 hours of community service (includes room and board). Preregister by (TBD)!

*Arrive 4-hours early for set-up and/or stay 4-hours late for clean-up and save $25-$50.

What is Karma Yoga? Karma yoga is love in action, in which the yogic practitioner offers their services to the Divine Oneness. This may be expressed through the service of people, plants, animals, or planet. Swami Sivananda and Swami Satchidananda both taught, "Serve All, Love All." Selfless service is the way to purify and free the heart, to rid yourself of burdens, and to feel truly good about yourself. You will leave feeling you have a real sense of purpose and fulfillment. Here's an article from Yoga Journal on the subject if you'd like to read more. Karma Yoga: Do Yoga, Do Good
